Homes of Residents Exposed to COVID-19 on Tidung Island Disinfected

It is carried out to follow up the request of the local puskesmas to curb the spread of COVID-19

Three houses belonging to residents affected by COVID-19 in Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district were sprayed with disinfectant by firefighters under the North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency's Sector 8, on Monday (3/15).

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Sector 8 Head, Eko Mahendro detailed, those houses located on Jalan Masjid, RT 03/01, Jalan Lapangan Bola Hijau, RT 03/03, and Jalan Pendidikan, RT 04/02.

Public Areas on Pramuka Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

"It is carried out to follow up the request of the local puskesmas to curb the spread of COVID-19," he expressed.

He explained it was focused on the outside and inside the house, from the yard to the rooms and toilets and household furniture.

"Six firefighters have been sent to the location. Today we have used 45 liters of disinfectant liquid," he closed.
